Bulls Loose In Lotto:
The Chicago Bulls went into the lotto looking to land Wake Forest prize center Tim Duncan.
Well that didn't happen because the lotto damned them to the 5th spot where the are in no position to add a franchise changing
player. Looks like the Chicago Bulls will look to trade out or draft one of the following players.
